Grab some art, grab some food, grab your blanket and grab a spot on the lawn behind Village Hall to enjoy all that the MKAC 1st Annual Summer Art Show has to offer; local artists, food, music, and more. By offering affordable, original artwork for sale in a fun and relaxed environment, this all-member show embodies the mission of the Mount Kisco Arts Council, to bring our artists and our community together.
Discover hidden gems and take a peek behind-the-scenes at the Metropolitan Museum of Art with renowned artist and 30-year professor of Art History, Alan Reingold, as your guide. We'll take care of the details - driving, tickets, lunch, and tour schedule - so you can sit back, relax and enjoy a day at one of the finest museums in the world. Meet us in the Mount Kisco Village Center parking lot (where you may leave your car) at 9:00am and board our luxury, chartered mini-bus. We will arrive at the Met just after opening and spend the morning discovering new works and rediscovering familiar ones. A sit-down lunch in the Members Dining Room will rejuvenate us for an afternoon of more "art and insight" after which we will re-board our mini-bus and enjoy light refreshments as we head back to Mount Kisco.
Price includes transportation, museum tickets and lunch.
Space is limited. This event is not appropriate for children under 14.
Mount Kisco Arts Council and Beehive Designer Collective invite you to join us in our collaborative effort to grow a vibrant and accessible arts community.
